Edenwood Apartments Family Fun Day

2:30 PM - 5:00 PM
What is it? An outreach event to apartment residents of all ages that provides a time of interaction with residents and members of our church in a casual environment.
What activities will be included? Games for children & adults, Crafts, Bible stories, Health screening, Hot Dog supper, drawings for Bi-lo gift cards
How can I help? State Street members can become involved in a variety of ways:
1) Pray for this event;
2) Tell a Bible story about a character in the Bible who met Jesus (or help act out a Bible story being told);
3) Prepare a craft project for children or adults;
4) Help with children's games;
5) Help load and unload tables and chairs to and from Edenwood (be at church at 1:30 to load);
6) Interact with apartment residents during the event;
7) Provide food items (hot dogs, buns, chips, homemade desserts that can be eaten without utensils; 2 liter soft drinks, tea, or lemonade);
8) Provide one or two Bi-Lo gift cards ($10 each)
9) Volunteers to distribute fliers at the apartment complex on Sunday, April 13 at 6:15 PM. We will put up notices on the apartment bulletin boards and hand them out to people who are out and about.
Volunteers need to be at the field at the Edenwood Apartment Complex by 2:15 PM on April 26.
