State Street Baptist Church is ON MISSION in our community, our state, and in places around the world. From supporting our missions offerings to mission action projects and mission trips, the people of State Street are committed to sharing God's plan of salvation for all through His son, Jesus Christ! There are many opportunities for everyone to be ON MISSION at State Street!  Saturday, April 4 Edenwood Family Fun Day State Street will sponsor a Spring Family Fun Day at Edenwood Apartments from 2:30-5:00 p.m.  This event will feature games, Bible stories, crafts, drawings for gift certificates and fun for the families in the Edenwood Apartment community.  Volunteers from all areas of our church family are needed to participate... from cooking to helping with children to spending time with the apartment families.  Virginia Martin will be coordinating this event and will be happy to have your participation.   We support international missions through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering!   State Street's Goal - $12,500 $12,765.47 received as of 1/25/2009!  We surpassed our goal! Go Tell The World Music Video Sunday, February 1, 2009 Souper Bowl of Caring  The State Street Youth colleted monetary donations and canned goods after the morning worship service on February 1.  These donations were given to God's Helping Hands, our community food bank.  This project was part of the 20th celebration of the Souper Bowl of Caring, a nationwide effort to provide food for the needy on Super Bowl Sunday.  Check out the some of the missions projects completed through the Missions ministry of State Street:
